Our yearly Pick a Purse Event is one of the most awaited events of the year!
Volunteers will be helping with:
8 AM - 11 AM Set up which includes: setting up display purses; placing goodie bags on each seat, literature on tables; flowers on tables; set up purse raffle table; set up retractable banners
10 AM - 11:30 AM Greets to greet guests as they come off of the escalator
10 AM - 11:30 AM Registration
10 AM - 12 PM Sell opportunity tickets for a designer purse
11:30 - 3 PM Purse table guards
3:30 - 4:30 PM Breakdown, clean-up and loading (into designated vehicles) the retractable banners; leftover literature on tables, pack up any leftover purses
